I will, but finding free time from my paying job is tough right now. I will keep it up, though, and hope your day is an awesome one.

You're most welcome....but we both know it's modest writing/research, at best. Hope you have a glorious evening. Stay dry.

There is nothing modest about your research! Thank you for your time and dedication to revealing the truth!

Nothing was sent out about the apartments being built on Palmer and Laurinburg Road. No one in the neighborhood was notified that this was going to be built. Anything that can be done about that.

How long ago were they built or are they building? Those signs they post along the road to announce rezoning requests are tiny, believe me. And who looks for stuff like that when you're on the way to work or taking the kids to school?

Thank you! And yes, they all need to be investigated and an audit needs to happen.

And that's also why they're burying zoning notices in the Fayetteville Observer under the guise of "punishing" the News-Journal for suing them for public records. It was all too convenient for them to send the notices out of County and away from OUR COMMUNITY'S eyes.

I still don't know why they have not been charge for what is a clear violation of state law that requires they be put into a city/county newspaper, not some distant outlet no one in the county receives.

They claim that people read the Fayetteville Observer here.

If I had property being rezoned near me without proper notification, I would sue them myself. It's only a matter of time before that happens though.

We started subscribing to the News-Journal when we moved here in 2002, primarily because official notices were published. We stopped taking the Fay-Obs. when home delivery came in the afternoon, not early morning. I especially enjoy supporting the N-J under the new publisher and editor!
